Gondolas Snack Bar season begins on Memorial Day Weekend. We are open every day Monday-Friday 11:30am-9pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-9pm. The season generally runs as long as the weather permits, typically until mid October.

Two juicy patties (2.67oz each) smashed and seared on a flat top grill, each topped with cheese. Served on a soft potato bun with Gondolas Sauce and pickles. We also serve a triple, quad and even a Gondola Smash Burger which is six patties. Of course there’s yummy add-ons like bacon, mushrooms, grilled onions, extra cheese, Cabot Cheddar Cheese, Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese, extra Gondolas Sauce, Vermont Maple, and more rotating specials.
